Ninguno trae problemas para el apache, no existe tal cosa. Por ahí en algun post expique cuáles son los posibles problemas para el apache. Si no lo leiste te hago un resumen rapidito.
Si tienes Skype: Ve a Herramientas -> Opciones -> Avanzadas -> Conexiones -> Desactiva "Utilizar puerto 80 y 443 para la conexión de Skype" -> Reinicia Skype.
Si tienes Teamviewer: Ve a Extras -> Opciones -> Opciones avanzadas -> Mostrar todas las opciones avanzadas -> Activa "No utilizar puertos 80 y 443 (recomendado para quienes tienen un servidor web)".
