The given web page uses up the fact of the trademarks usurpation in a full measure, by the law of 1997 XI tv. 27. § (1) also by the community trademark of 40/94 EK Council Regulation, uses it unduly.

The trade mark owner has the following civic and legal entitlements against the usurper:
• may request the judicial determination of the trademark usurpation;
• may request the immediate termination of activities and the exclusion of the usurper against further infringement;
• may request the usurper for any data connected to the goods and the production of services, distribution of, and the participants of business relationships developed;
• may request the usurper a statement or to give a similar gratification from a judge if needed;
• may request the trademark usurpers enrichments from the violation;

(4) The persons entitled, according to the paragraph (2) in (b) point-called right leaning against the person, which were used for the passage of services.
Because of the European Union trademark protection still protects my client, I ask for the above mentioned page to suspend its operations immediately.
Furthermore please send us the website owner's information to us, for further investigations.
I want to emphasize that the content of the website contains the work of my client; the owner of the website commits trademark usurpation and intentionally misleads consumers.
The trademark M2M popularity and its reputation is present, consumers may think, because of the trademark usurpers activity, that a new game has been released from my client.
Because of the above reasons, we ask the website owners again, after receiving this letter, within 8 days to supply the requested data and to suspend the website.
If this does not happen, we are forced to use our rights and to go to court.

We do not agree with the allegations of your 98% ilegal client and his 2% legal stuff.
The trademark of Metin2 is infringed by Metin2Mester and content is stolen from several games. Even the last game core 2011 is from an official server.

A duplication of the client software is only permitted to such extent as is required for a use as permitted by a contract. Any form of commercial use of the software is strictly prohibited.
Any change of the client software as well as retranslation of the entrusted program codes into another code form (decompilation) as well as other ways of reversing manufacture levels of the software (reverse-engineering) are prohibited, unless permitted by law. Gameforge.

Yes, i have 4 armours free with lvl 0, 2 sad horses and 1 map that have some problems.. these 3 stuff i get them in the internet in a post that nobody mentioned the M2M logo. And now what? Do you want your virtual horse back because your client said so? Please check his legal existence condition before notice me next time.
Your client and I.. you know.. we develop legal stuff in ilegal plataforms. M2M in my opinion is a legal trademark for an ilegal product.

The "M2M is a registered trademark of Laniatus Ltd" is NOT giving a legal position to your client Metin2Mester. When I will see YMIR maybe I will change my opinion.. who knows.
